Negative die cut frame

Hello Everyone! It's Aga here today sharing a card using the Vintage Roses stamp set and the coordinating dies. I think I can say that Vintage Roses it's one of my favourite set and it’s definitely my go-to set for any feminine type of cards.

For today's card I went for a warm and soft colour combo. I stamped a floral arrangement in the centre of my card using the Altenew Crisp Dye Inks: Frosty Pink, Cotton Candy, Coral Berry, Grapevine, Buttercream, Mango Smoothie, Warm Sunshine, Carmel Toffee, Peach Perfect and Paper Bag.

Next, I used another white cardstock and cut it to slightly smaller than the size of my card base. I used the coordinating dies and a negative die-cutting technique, to create a frame for the stamped images. Then I used a thin black pen to draw a frame around the panel and I stamped my sentiment from Thinking of You stamp set. My last step was to adhere it with foam squares to pop it up a little.

It’s a very simple technique and a great way for adding some depth to any background!
Hope you enjoy it and thanks for stopping by today!
