Stamp Focus: Just Because Builder + Video
Hell, Altenew Friends! It's Laurie here. Today I am sharing a new set called Just Because Builder. This is an amazing set full of different fonts to create your own “Just Because” sentiment. I have 3 projects to share, with a quick video on how I made one of them. Let's get started!
The Layered Dahlia Stencils are some of my most favorite. I love the detail you can add in with another layer of color.
Using Altenew's beautiful inks, I blended in Coral Berry and Ruby Red for the dahlias. Warm Sunshine Ink filled in the negative spaces, with Frayed Leaf and Forest Glades Inks making up the leaves. Cutting the stenciled card front down, I added it to the corner of the card base and then stamped the sentiment vertically along the side.
Of course, I had to have some white space in today's post. To create this card, I used the Dotted Swirls Debossing Cover Die to create the card front.
After laying it on the card base with fun foam, I stamped the Just Because sentiment on a strip of cardstock and added it on to the card.
I finished it off with a little heart sticker on the side.
This last card was fun to create. I added in some Silver Lake Ink to the background of the card with the Halftone Stencil.
Ruffled Flowers is one of my favorite stamp sets and I love how it looks here in Dew Drops and Aqualicious Inks.
The “Just Because” sentiment was stamped in Obisidian Pigment Ink and then I finished the card off with some black enamel dots.
