Thinking of YOU

Hello crafty friends, TGIF! It's Yoonsun here to share a watercolor flower card using the so beautiful Spring Daisy stamp set.

To start, I stamped the flowers and leaves from the Spring Daisy set on an A2 sized watercolor paper panel with VersaFine Onyx Black – I used Post-It Notes to mask stamped images. I then colored a floral cluster with Distress inks and paint brush: (Red) Festive Berries & Wild Honey / (Yellow) Wild Honey & Mustard Seed / (Leaves) Mowed Lawn. Once the panel was dry, I stamped the sentiment from the Thinking of You set on the panel in Jet Black dye ink. I decorated the bottom of the panel with a thin black diagonal stripe washi tape and then mounted it on an A2 size top folded white card base using double-sided tape. To finish it off, I embellished with a few clear droplets.
