Video: Two Cards with Peach Gold Goodness

Hello, friends!

Erum here today with two peachy cards. YES! It's all about “peach” today. The cards that I have to share are mainly going to focus on the Golden Peach Crisp Embossing Powder and Peach Gold Washi Tape and how beautiful they look together.

The stamp that I chose to highlight these two beautiful products is Wild Hibiscus Stamp Set.

To start, I adhered the washi tape onto white cardstock. This, I then cut to the size of my card front. Because there is such a beautiful color wash pattern on the washi, you don't have to add anything to it.

Next, I used Embossing Ink to stamp several flowers and leaves onto vellum. I then heat embossed these with the absolutely gorgeous Golden Peach Embossing Powder. After this, I turned the vellum over and colored the flowers in very roughly with Peach Perfect Artist Marker. Although, the Golden Peach Embossing Powder does the job beautifully. You can totally skip this step if you want to (removed comma)and use the flowers as is. But I wanted to show you how you can make the vellum images pop a little on the Peach Gold Washi Tape.For the first portrait style card, I popped the images with foam tape onto the top left side. This is one of my go-to layouts and I use it a lot. To this, I adhered a strip of black cardstock with a heat-embossed sentiment that ran across the whole width of the front layer. In the end, I added metallic sequins and the card was ready.

For my second card, I placed all the flowers in the center of the card and adhered them with foam tape. Next, I die cut the word “Congrats” from Script Words Die Set and heat embossed it with Golden Peach Embossing Powder. To this, I added a black offset so that the word would stand out.

Next, I mounted a black cardstock strip with the heat-embossed sentiment right below the die cut word. The sentiment is from Build-A-Flower: Magnolia Stamp Set. Lastly, I added leaves to the floral spray and then some metallic sequins.
