Folksy Florals with Laura

Hello everyone!

Laura here and today I have a project to share with you featuring the Folksy Florals Stamp Set.

Altenew-Folksy FloralI used several images from the Folksy Florals Stamp Set to build a sort of symmetrical folk art design. Using the MISTI makes it easy to position your stamp, rotate it, and stamp it again, getting a perfectly symmetrical placement.

Altenew-Folksy FloralTo give the images a gradient look, I inked them up using a light and dark ink in the same color family. You don't have to do this step, but I just like how it looks. The possibilities are endless with how you ink your images and the color combinations you create.

Altenew-Folksy FloralI used the Folksy Florals Stamp Set for the sentiment as well and popped up the panel onto a yellow card base.

To finish it off, I added a few enamel accents in coordinating colors.

Altenew-Folksy FloralHere's a video to show you how I created this card.

Thanks so much for joining me today!
